New updates to fix some problems that have been happening!

-You no longer require an azure key to run the program, if you still want to use azure you can enable voice settings and set your key.

-The menu is no longer a separate py, so python should not be needed anymore and this should fix several problems with the program not working for people. (needs testing)

-Added more error logging for debugging purposes

-Minor GUI tweaks
