I  gave mekio the ability to create reaction polls posts in discord servers as well as give out the roles.

I gave mekio the ability to welcome new users to the discord server, with customizable settings you can set on what welcoming instructions to give.

I gave mekio the ability to block users from sending dms, you can manually check why mekio blocked them and unblock them as well if needed in settings.

I also fixed some minor issues/bugs from half finished features that did not get fully carried over from the old python code.
