Smaller dev log for now, I have some more bigger systems in the work for this but they need some more polishing.

So I added a debug mode in setting on the help tab, wont be of much use for users for now but later on I plan on adding much more user customizability that might require manual debugging. It can also help with error reporting.

I added a simple automatic command to assign new users who join a discord a role. I do plan on giving Mekio the ability to assign/change roles of users autonomously at will in the future but for now its more hardcoded then ai driven.

I removed the timestamps being sent in messages.

Also while testing I noticed that it is not possible to get gpt 3.5 to use discord commands, so you will need to use gpt-4 or higher with Mekio for discord commands to work.
